Shoulder seams: the shoulder seams do not lay flat and instead stick out when worn. It looks sloppy. Pilled to the point of ruin after wearing twice

Sweater was beautiful but ruined very quickly. After one wear it started severely pilling anywhere it came into contact with my body or puffer jacket. Wore it one more time and it just completely pilled the worst I've ever seen a sweater pill. It was very abnormal. Never washed it, etc. waiting to see if I will be refunded.

Fits true to size as pictured. Fabric is soft and a good weight for the fall. Love the burnt orange color. Slightly cropped length is flattering and isn't exposing and the arms length is perfectfor my long arms.
