This looked great on the model, but on a normal human being it's very unflattering. I am normally a large in banana dresses and it was so ridiculously big and there's so much fabric so it makes it very heavy. It's made out of a traditional denim non-stretch material so it weighs a ton. I tried on th...e medium and it was a bit better. I also could've gone to a small, but I just decided to pass. The only way to wear this would be with high heels otherwise it will just look like a big frumpy house dress but in denim, so weird - it was a great idea, It had potential but it needed some tailoring around the waist.

This dress is fantastic. It's a heavy denim, but the dress still has a graceful swing to it. You can be casual or add a long silk scarf to dress it up. I'm 5'9 and love the length. You really can't go wrong with this classic BR dress. I wish they would make it in a white denim, too!

I read the reviews and ordered 2 sizes down and I am glad I took the chance. I was pleasantly surprised at how versatile and unique this denim dress is - once you size down it fits very well, but still has volume. I like the design and find it different from other denim dresses out there. Looks great with a crossbody and a scarf.

I am 5'4, 250lbs. I normally wear an XL in tops and dresses and sized down to a Large for this dress. It fits perfectly and I get compliments every time I wear it! The denim is heavy, but also lightweight enough for spring and maybe some breezy summer days. The dress gets plenty of rotation in my wardrobe as an every season dress.

I stumbled upon this gem and I thankfully snagged the last one. The denim has some weight to It but it's not heavy. The movement of the dress is lovely. I'm 6' and the XL is long enough. I wore it to work and got lots of compliments. It's a great addition to my wardrobe. I love the pockets too!

This is voluminous as other reviews have stated. But it's solid fabric, soft, cotton, and I'm very excited to wear this in the fall and winter! It's versatile enough to style a number of different ways. Does run large, I could have gotten away with an xs instead of my usual small.

Wash and cut look much more expensive than it is! Very generous fit so not for everyone, easy to get lost in it, especially for shot people, I'm 5ft 4" and right on the edge of that. But I love it, I actually saw someone wearing it at the airport and chased her down to see what brand it was, I was shocked it was BR/this price point, I had it pegged for $600-700 easily. You can feel the quality too, it's not just a Monet.
