The shirt is as advertised. I'm 5'8, 165 lbs, and I purchased a small. The shirt fits perfectly- "RELAXED" but not baggy. The denim is soft, all cotton with a pearl snap front closure, a nice touch. Reminds me of a western shirt without the elaborate patterns. And yes, it has a back yoke. I would wear this with jeans and boots. Overall, a great shirt!

Basic and great quality! The natural denim-blue color pairs easily with other colors. I usually wear a size S, but I ordered an XS to layer under jackets or fleece, and it turned out to be the right choice for me.
