(Multi Houndstooth) not stocked locally, so I was forced to purchase online. When it arrived, I was disappointed. It didn't look anything like the pics on the website, which showed different lighting. There are many different colors of thread not easily (or at all) visible from the pics: maroon, oli...ve, forest green, black, gold, beige. That's when I started noticing the shirts ability to blend with different colors and morph under different light settings and I liked it. The outer fabric is a little rough due to the wool, reminding me of old 70's wingback chair upholstery, which adds to its strong retro vibe. The velour/corduroy lining is necessary to minimize the rubbing in tender areas. The jacket is NOT fully lined (see photo), just the yoke and sleeves. Understand the "dropped shoulders" means the attachment is lowered and can look very odd for narrow shoulders. The length is also cut shorter to make it more jacket-like. Sizing chart seems inaccurate, but I adjusted to size down from previous purchases (I'm 38S but ordered a size 'small'). Good fit after correction. The body is very roomy and boxy. Definitely is a unique piece in my wardrobe.
Ended up returning this because I bought it during Black Friday. During the release and at that time, it was still advertised as "fully lined". They've fixed and updated the description since then. The relaxed/oversized fit is a great plus if you have more of an athletic build. Can easily fit a swea...ter underneath as well. Last thing I wasn't a fan of after the "fully lined" fiasco was noticing very loose threads/stitching on the cuffs. Still an overall great jacket though.

This was an impulse purchase and I am happy I did it. The jacket is of great quality... it's heavy enough to keep you warm yet stylish at the same time. I also like that the colors pretty much match with all color schemes, so in a way this jacket can act as a statement piece. I wish there were more colors. #sweepstakes

Loved the look of this shirt (which I'll use as a jacket). The colors of the tweed give it a vintage vibe. Wool can be itchy but the inner lining prevents that and it's lined with corduroy which is soft and prevents any direct contact onto the skin.
