very rarely do things fit me perfectly right out of the box but these pants did!!! Got the beautiful wine color, and even though it would have been nice to catch my size on sale I do feel it's absolutely worth the full price. The fabric is substantial and flattering, has a nice weight to it and ther...efore doesn't feel cheap, the waist sits mid-high, which is nice (I prefer high waist but at least this one isn't mid or mid-low), and the waist band is surprisingly comfortable. I am 5'4" about 130 lbs and not only does the waist fit comfortable I also feel the pant legs don't need to be hemmed. It will be perfect with a low 1"-2" heel.
Based on a surprising number of positive reviews, I took a chance on these. NOT for my body type, in that the waist area was VERY snug, flaring out to stiff, ballroom dress - sweep bottoms. I will say that the doubled over laughter of my brother and I upon viewing them on my body was a welcome dis...traction, but these are going back tout suite. Good to know that tarp material can be repurposed into pants.

gap.comVery nice fit, and the rise is more mid-high, which I prefer over the exaggerated high-rise. Super elegant, flattering and comfortable. I bought 2 pairs in black and brown and was very nervous they would shrink so I washed one pair only first. Very carefully, and gently hand-washed in cold and laid flat to dry, and yes, they still shrunk a bit length. They were already borderline in length for my 5'6" height with loafers only, so the tall size would have been better to accommodate the wash shrinkage.

These pants are so structured and the cut is beautiful. Wide leg that holds its shape with a snug high waist. It's a unique long line that holds its shape even after sitting around. Very comfy and warm enough for winter commuting.

I love these pants! They are so comfortable, and look so professional and pulled together for work. As a tall girl (5'10") I was really excited about the tall inseam as well. Unfortunately, they shrink SO MUCH when you wash them, even on cold. So I only got to wear them as full pants until the wash, now they are ankle pants. Still look good, but wish they stayed long.

Overall, the pants are great. I really like the fitted waist-to-hip area, which makes me look tall and slender. If the waist is super high-rise and the legs are slightly narrower, they would be more attractive.

I really like these pants. Love the front seam. They are heavy but very flattering. I find them TTS. I took off a star because they are mid rise and not high rise as described. If they make these in a real high rise, they will be perfection.
