I've been a BR loyalist for years and this is the first purchase that's moved me to leave a review. Substantial fabric with a hint of stretch (I usually buy 100% cotton denim but this didn't feel too "plastic"). Moves with my body and the kinda comfy that'll let me curl up on a sofa without restri...cting my belly or legs. And wow, it looks superb. I got the black color way and it makes my legs look like they go on for days - as advertised on the model. I'm 5'5, 150lbs, and got the 29R - fit exactly as I would like for a straight leg; hugs my waist but then loosens to narrow and straight silhouette.
The jeans are not the dark rinse that I got last year, but rather a washed medium blue. They do not have the same weight, and are more like they have been worn by someone else. Which I feel confident did not happen. The pocket lining does not reach the zipper which I think is disappointing since ...that tends to make your abdomen look flatter. Needless to say, I returning them.

I like the fit and structure of these jean the dark wash is like the photo. At 5'4", 130 lbs slightly curvy on bottom, I bought the 28 petite and they fit perfectly. Not cropped, not too long. The leg width is perfect. Not slim and not wide. the waist is pretty high on me. I can wear regular, non high heel shoes with them. I do not like or understand why BR continues to give us button flies though. They are so much trouble to deal with. #sweepstakes

While these jeans did technically fit, they were unflattering. I'm 5'6" with a 30" waist and 42" hips and like so many other pants the waist in the back was lower than in front and had gapping. And something about the stretch of the pants didn't look great either. Maybe this style would look better as a pure cotton denim with no elastaine
