I've been a BR loyalist for years and this is the first purchase that's moved me to leave a review. Substantial fabric with a hint of stretch (I usually buy 100% cotton denim but this didn't feel too "plastic"). Moves with my body and the kinda comfy that'll let me curl up on a sofa without restri...cting my belly or legs. And wow, it looks superb. I got the black color way and it makes my legs look like they go on for days - as advertised on the model. I'm 5'5, 150lbs, and got the 29R - fit exactly as I would like for a straight leg; hugs my waist but then loosens to narrow and straight silhouette.
The jeans are not the dark rinse that I got last year, but rather a washed medium blue. They do not have the same weight, and are more like they have been worn by someone else. Which I feel confident did not happen. The pocket lining does not reach the zipper which I think is disappointing since ...that tends to make your abdomen look flatter. Needless to say, I returning them.

The Rt. Leg twist about 45 degree,so the outseam ends up closer to the front of my leg than the seides! Unpleasant to look at

I love these jeans. At 6'1", it's hard to find styles that are long enough, and these are perfect. The fit is spot on, the fabric feels great, and the quality is excellent.

These jeans are of great quality (main reason why I won't return them), however they are not straight leg, they have more of a barrel cut. Also, the length is just below my ankles. I wear a 33/34 and I'm 5.11; BR, please make tall in larger sizes!

Please! Please! Please! Stop with the high rise and baggy legged jeans! Those of us under 5'6" or bigger than a size 4 just look frumpy and short in these styles. Every Gap Inc brand has no basic dark black jeans in a mid rise, strait leg style. Still own several pairs on 1969 label denim from years ago— I hope they last!

I like the style, but the seam on the left leg swung to the front after being washed the first time. Unfortunately, being a seamstress, I know that is a problem with how the material was cut before it was sewn, and can't be corrected.

These jeans didn't fit like the look in the picture. The legs were much wider. Baggy at the crotch. I tried a size 33 & 32. The 32 still baggy at the crotch.

I bought these jeans in light wash last summer. They fitted perfectly. I ordered the same size in dark wash recently, thinking the fit would be as good. It wasn't. The cut of the legs was slightly wider and that affected the look of the jeans. Returned them. Very disappointed.
