The shoe is great at first, but the suede is extremely thin and prone to ripping along the sides because it lacks any protective lining or reinforcement. I purchased this shoe twice, and the exact same issue occurred both times. Fortunately, I was able to receive store credit after the defect was acknowledged. Initially, the in-store team attributed the damage to normal wear and tear. However, I had only worn the shoes twice over a two-month period, and only to the office. They were never worn to a party, wedding, or on a long night out, so the level of use simply doesn't justify this type of failure.
They sent me two pairs of used shoes this is the second pair. This is just horrible I can't believe this

The style and leather appear cheap. The craftsmanship doesn't seem to indicate they were made in Portugal, and the leather on the right side is uneven.
