Love this skirt - classic cord skirt but the seaming makes it special and more interesting. This skirt looks so great over tights (I pair mine with black tights and a black cashmere sweater), which makes it a perfect transition piece. The color name is pretty off though - in person it reads as a ...deep aubergine or even a dark chocolate brown in some lighting (but "wine red"? No.) Super pretty and VERY fall!
I usually wear a 0 or 2 but ordered an 8 and 8T. The regular is 17" and the tall is 18". I tried the 6 on in the store but was too tight. The 8 fits comfortable. I do have a more boyish shape, 5'1" 100lbs. I will return burgundy 8T and order a 6r and 8r. I feel the burgundy runs a bit bigger than t...he tan skirt. Love the skirt but the sizing is way off, that why only 3 stars.
