Not a worn out elbow patch but an unravelling into a hole. I took it to the store I purchased it from and they said it was a snag and there was nothing they could do. I am super bummed as this was my go to sweater and now I will look elsewhere for a better sweater and better customer service! The sales folks really didn't win any points asking me if I got it at the factory! Look at my receipt - full price in their store. I am all about a good quality sweater that doesn't go on sale - just make sure you can deliver the. Expected quality of past versions.

I LOVE the sweater, but it was promised in overnight mail -- or maybe one day and it came a week later --after the birthday party. When something is promised -- even if it wasn't that big of an issue -- it stays in mind of the customer.....maybe they even share it with friends.
