An Elevated Classic with the Perfect Drape! I couldn't be happier with the silhouette these chinos create. The premium 100% cotton twill has a heavy, sturdy feel, yet it drapes richly and catches the light in a very dynamic way. The classic high rise paired with the distinct pleated front gives off a beautifully tailored, vintage 1990s look straight out of the box. They are remarkably full through the seat and thigh but fall cleanly into a straight leg. They are incredibly comfortable, structurally robust, and easy to dress up with a blazer or dress down with a relaxed sweater. Banana Republic truly nailed the modern wide-leg look with this one—my only regret is that they don't come in even more colors!

These are excellent pants. The cotton drapes richly and the classic cut recalls an era when trousers were dynamic and alive, folding and holding the light in interesting ways, and moving with the wearer. The legs are full and genuinely straight from seat to leg opening; the rise is classically high; and it is complemented with a corduroy lining and robust well made fastenings. My only regret is that they don't come in more colors! The world needs more real classic pleated khakis.
