This is a BEAUTIFUL piece and I can't help but be annoyed at all the fussing over the armholes. Sorry you didn't pay attention before buying - that's your fault! Why would you sew them up - you guys, you can wear the sweater like normal and the armvents are nice and you can choose a top that contras...ts, OR you can have your arms through the holes and let the sleeves swing Cersie Lannister style, or tie the sleeves over your chest like a sweater slung over your shoulders. I've gotten compliments on this EVERY TIME I've worn it!!! Go have fun with your boring sweaters - this is a style piece. It is boxier than I expected, but I actually don't mind now that I've worn it a few weeks and seen how it moves. The sleeve cuff detail is very cool too. I LOVE this sweater and would get it if there was another color I liked!!!!
The color and overall style of this cardigan were lovely, but it is absolutely ruined by the gigantic holes under the armpit. Because there are no pictures showing the holes, I did not realize that this was a feature until my order arrived. I generally wear my cardigans with camis/tank tops for co...mfort. With the holes, you would absolutely need a sleeved shirt underneath (or be comfortable having open air pits?). Please be more transparent and show "unique" features like this in the pictures next time, BR!

I initially ordered the Small, but it was a bit large for me, and I decided to exchange it for an X-Small, and it fits like a glove! I read other reviews regarding the openings under the armpits. I personally like it. I sweat easily, and it provides some ventilation.

Enough has been said about the arm holes! The sweater is simply beautiful b/c of the color combo, the length & style-angles. XS fit quite nicely & I'll just sew up the arm holes

It's a pretty sweater, unique design so that's more personal taste. The gussets/arm holes are pretty common for say, a cashmere sweater so folks commenting just might not be aware. I'd give it a chance if that's the only thing holding you back. It fits TTS so I would not size down.

Loved this sweater. Soft, nice quality, great color. I did best in xs or xxs as i am petite. BUT i returned it, could not get over the open armholes!! Looks so stupid and drafty!

A lot is going on with this sweater and I didn't keep it in the end. It was the armpit holes that really pushed it into the return pile. There was no way I could justify $200+ sweater with armpit holes.

I loved the color and the stitching, but the holes in the underarm area make it weird and unwearable. I tried putting it on as a cape but who wears a cape with empty sleeves hanging from the shoulder? Returned.
