I have an inverted triangle body shape with wide shoulders, short torso, and athletic build at 5' 5''. This sweater fits beautifully on me, falling just above my hip and looks great with mid-to-low-rise pants. I also have room to layer a white crew-neck t-shirt underneath for an effortless, laid-bac...k look, but also looks gorgeous alone to show off the collarbone. I'm usually between a S and M across all brands (not just BR which often has vanity sizing) because my shoulders always make me size up. Here, I got an S which fits perfectly. The material is nice and cool on the skin and substantial in weight but not too heavy. Overall great quality, and hope this helps anyone else with a similar body shape.
I first bought this sweater in gray in a small. I love it. I've worn it many times, the sleeves are long enough the body is long enough, it has a slightly looser fit, but looks great one. Then I bought the blue in a small expecting the same fit. Boy was I wrong! This one was 1 1/2" shorter, the sl...eeves were too short, the ribbing at the bottom cinched in making it balloon out at the waist. It looked ridiculous. Sent it back the next day. I hear inconsistent sizing a lot in the reviews. I wish more people who say what color sweater they bought, as that would be helpful.

Bought this sweater in three colors. It's soft on the skin and drapes nicely. Can wear untucked or partially tucked. Recommend.

The blue color fits very different than the grey. Grey fits perfectly. Blue color is cropped, bunches at the waist and the the sleeves are shorter.

Easy to style. Comfortable and warm. Bought it in three colors. Loose but not sloppy fit in regular size. Does not cause itching.

The fabric is soft and comfortable, and the sizing is accurate. However, the overall style is quite sloppy, with a thin collar, and the cuff detail looks poorly designed and cheaply finished. I ended up returning it.

I tried this sweater in a Regular size medium even though I prefer petite. It was too big; the sleeves are too long, and the slit in the cuff make it difficult to turn up the cuff. The fabric is sheer; I don't like to see my navel through a sweater. I returned it.

Perfect mid weight sweater. A slightly relaxed fit. Im between a small and Med and purchased a med. Fits relaxed hits just right at the hip. V neck is good depth. If wanted more fitted the small would be fine. Im a 36DD. Pretty broad thru back.

Somehow, BR just falls short. The red is a bit too orangey, the sleeves have a slit which makes it a no go if I want to push up the sleeves and have it stay in place, and the thick ribbing on the v neck looks cheap. Oh BR, I keep hoping you'll get it right, but somehow you fall flat compared to J Crew. I do like that it's merino wool…please try again.
