I own very little cashmere as it's usually so expensive. This year I decided to treat myself to 2 of these cashmere turtlenecks during the 40% off sale. These are perfect length on my petite 5'0" frame, they run about 21" in length and don't look so oversized, like most sweaters. I'm between an XS-S... and I got the XS in this, it fits perfectly relaxed while not overwhelming my torso. The fabric is an ideal mid-weight, light enough to layer but solid enough that it won't rip/snag easily. I bought this in charcoal and heather mink, so that they will compliment almost anything I pair them with. The cut is modern but classic, and I'm hoping to take good care of them for years to come!
This sweater is the same color as Dress I purchased recently in 100% Cashmere. same color, same size. They sweater is not same feel 100%cashmere the Sweater Dress does. It is much rougher, itchy & very short. I am 5'8 so I sized up to XXL to have it loose fitting. I can truly say I am extremely disa...ppointed as I expected same softness as the dress. I'm not one to go thru hassle of returning things so I will chalk it up as slightly costly loss. Maybe Banana Republic if you make in same color & "100% Cashmere" as advertised someone actually check.

It's super soft and easily one of my favorite sweater to wear, but this sweater pills sooo much. I've ONLY washed it once since I got it. All the pilling is from just wearing the item. It's so disappointing.

Gorgeous sweater! I'm absolutely in love with it. The fit is fantastic and so comfortable cozy. It feels wonderful against your skin. It's light and breathable, on the thinner side. I purchased the Olive color, not sure what it's called but it's stunning. I have the cashmere striped turtleneck as well, which I love. I purchased a small and medium. I'm 5'4, 125lbs. The small is more fitted and the medium roomy. I like both fits. Highly recommend.
