Got this at great sale price. Material is excellent, with lining. Only complaint is that the shoulders with dolman sleeves are a bit big and bulky.

This is a beautifu;l jacket. I bought on "final sale " , so the price was suberb. However, it was mountains too big ! I cannot return since it was final sale. I always find Banana Republic true to size so I felt confident ordering large . I was wrong :( I am stuck with a giant jacket.

The sleeves and shoulder pads drop quite a bit, but the color is superb! Size down for a nice oversized look. As for the length, it's not actually that short. Overall, it's a great score for me—especially buying it on sale. It's mostly recycled wool, which is still way better than polyester!

If your size is still available, buy it!

I took a chance and bought my normal size, despite some recommendations to size down and the fact that it was a final sale. So glad I bought this coat! It is sumptuous, well made, and the fabric is soft. The sleeves are long enough for my long arms and a thick sweater can easily be worn underneath. I have worn pea coats for decades and I look forward to wearing this updated classic when the cool weather arrives!

I love this soft roomy stylish coat that I'm planning to wear with my bulky sweaters. The fabric is amazing, almost 75% soft wool and not itchy at all. The collar is a bit large but not overwhelming and it's not too cropped either. I'm 5'8, 135 lbs and the Medium size is oversized but looks good on. I certainly didn't need another coat but the beautiful yellow colour is not too mustardy and the sale price was hard to pass up. Plus wearing bulky sweaters will be more comfortable this winter when it's icy cold and windy. I bet the navy color is nice too and a steal on sale! I love BR! Rarely disappointed with their stylish clothes made in natural fabrics so I've been shopping BR since 2000.
