This is a nice light coat with just enough weight for fall/spring and can be layered in the winter months. Normally most retailers will say the the size of the model and item they're wearing, or give shoppers the option to comment on size and fit, but BR doesn't and it makes it hard to estimate the ...size I needed to order. I am 5'7 145lbs and purchased size S, which fit but did not leave enough room for thicker sweaters. I returned it for a M which I think will give more room for a loose fit and layering. I purchased the green/brown and it's as pretty as pictured. Hope this was helpful.
I really want to love this coat. I am 5'2" 125 lbs. The petite small seemed huge. Now the petite XS seems a bit tight around my hips. The petite does not seemed sized for petite. The bottom of coat hangs at least halfway down my shins. And the bottom button fits exactly around the tightest part of m...y hips. The photos show sleeves folded up, but this makes the sleeves much too short. Kind of seems like the petite coat only has shorter sleeves, but the body of the coat was not adjusted to fit a shorter person. Want to like it because I love the stripes, but really doesn't fit great. I saw another review that mentioned mild itchiness with the wool, and I have to agree.

Worth every penny. It's the perfect weight to keep you warm but not so bulky you can't fit a sweater under it. A very versatile look that can go over a nice dress or hoodie and tennis shoes.

Warm, stylish, and versatile! I love that the coat is warm without being too bulky and is long without being shapeless. It is worth noting that the buttons are a little far down the coat so the neckline dips a little far, but the space is well filled by a scarf.

This coat fits oddly, but maybe it's my body is not mean't for this coat. I usually wear 10-12 in pants and mediums in tops. I got a medium and the shoulders are HUGE. Like super oversized on top and in a not flattering way. The bottom doesn't come together so it's no use coming together if wearing it outside in the cold air. This could be because of my wide hips, but because of the shoulder situation, I'm not so sure it's a sizing issue. Also the material is super thin so hardly any insulation. Anyway, I'm returning this coat even though I love the style so much.
