Searched for a pair of oxfords and thought I hit the jackpot with these. Ordered my usual 8 1/2 and when I opened the box the shoes are huge and not a women's shoe! I decided to try them on and yes, a man's shoe as it as huge and not just a 1/2 size but at least 2 sizes, Disappointing and back they go.

As a platinum member, I was really shocked to received a worn pair. I opened the box which was nicely packaged inside of another box. Clearly it wasn't a packaging issue. I haven't put them on at all because clearly I could see that they were damaged. The bottom soles were scratched and darkened. The sticker at the bottom for the leather composition was worn and peeled off. There were scuffs all over the pair of shoes. They looked pretty beat up. There were worn marks as in folds in the leather too. I contacted customer service pretty upset as I intended to wear these shoes at a wedding. They said I have to return the shoes to have a refund which honestly while I understand just adds a chore to my busy schedule on top of not having shoes to wear to the wedding. They gave me a 15% discount for my next order... honestly as a platinum member I felt pretty let down by the whole experience altogether. I bought a new pair hoping they will get here early enough and hopefully not worn or damaged. Now I am down 300 dollars and hope to at least get my refund. Standard have really dropped. I am still quite shocked by the whole thing to be honest. I wonder if they are having a sale is because they are sending off worn used shoes from display in the store. If so... maybe go buy it in store and assess for yourself before buying. They clearly have dropped their standards disappointingly so.
