Ordered this item along with 2 other T's. This T was missing in package and BR support filed claim which was rejected right away. Have to call Retail Equation and they have nothing to say either. Why cant you check your fulfillment center videos on what was actually packed and shipped. This is so stupid and now I have to bear the cost of something which I never received. Please setup some real process here on missing items or how shipments are sent and can be reviewed later.

I love the feel and fit of the shirt as long as it doesn't change. Being that it's cotton you cannot dry it or it will shrink. It is silky to the touch and the colors I bought are great. #sweepstakes
