It's casual lightweight structured poplin. More substantial at times than COS, definitely not a medium to heavy-weight quality I was hoping for, but it does the trick when having a longer button-up is preferable. I bought S, M & MP. I am 5'2" 130ish, and I decided on a M for a loose fit and MP for ...a tapered look. I didn't wear the belt on one occasion and it still looks great. My S and MP had the same measurements in bust/length for exception of arm length. White may be easier to find in other brands so I stuck with the black and striped.
I really love the look and fit of Banana Republic's poplin shirts — they're stylish and flattering. However, the material is far too thin, which cheapens the overall appearance. I've noticed this shift in their designs lately, where the styles are great but the fabrics feel flimsy. It reminds me of ...the very reason I stopped shopping at another well-known brand: cute designs made with cheap, thin materials. Unfortunately, at this price point, it's just not worth the money.

Very nice flattering tunic. I love the shape and how it sits around the waist to hip. Also versatile for casual and work. Only reason I'm dropping a star is because the sleeves seem small. Not sure if my hands are fatter but I usually don't have any issues with long sleeves. This feels a bit tighter than usual but not uncomfortable.
