As someone who's 5'0", finding pants that actually fit without needing alterations has always been a struggle—but these petite pants are a game changer! The length hits right at the ankle (no awkward bunching or tripping over extra fabric), and the rise is flattering without being too high. The fit... through the hips and thighs is just right—tailored but still comfortable enough to move in. They hold their shape well throughout the day and don't stretch out or sag by evening. I also love how versatile they are. You can dress them up with heels or keep it casual with sneakers. The quality feels great! Highly recommend if you're tired of rolling up hems or dealing with oversized fits.
After 2-3 wears and washes, it turns out what I thought was the perfect skinny pant doesn't retain its shape and sags. It looks dumpy after a few hours. I bought a size M. I'm 5'8" and 140lb. I thought it was appropriately snug for a skinny fitted pant. I even spent a little money to lengthen the pa...nt (wish it had been in a Tall). I ordered the pant again in another color, thinking it was great but waited to be certain... and then returned it once I realized the first pair I ordered didn't retain its shape. Disappointing.

Banana Republic Skinny Everywhere Ponte Pant is honestly one of the most comfortable dress pants I've owned. The ponte fabric is soft, stretchy, and thick enough to feel structured without being stiff. They look polished like work pants but feel almost like leggings. These pants are the absolute best-fit, style, hold their shape and look fantastic on-they even wash well, so no need for dry cleaning. I own three pair-they are my go to work pants as well as casual flip flop tshirt pant.

I wanted a pair of skinny black pants that were more substantial than leggings to wear with longer jackets and cardigans. I tried these on in store in S and they fit perfectly. The Ponte fabric looks more like a pant and doesn't show lumps and bumps. However, I wish there was a back pocket.

Great pants—wish I saw them when the navy was available! Like someone else commented, the waist band seems snug esp compared to the wide leg and bootcut—they're a good 2" smaller. But look great and would buy more if colors were available and the waistband size was addressed.
