Banana Republic Skinny Everywhere Ponte Pant is honestly one of the most comfortable dress pants I've owned. The ponte fabric is soft, stretchy, and thick enough to feel structured without being stiff. They look polished like work pants but feel almost like leggings. The fit is very flattering, slimming through the legs with just the right amount of stretch, and they hold their shape well throughout the day without getting baggy at the knees. They're easy to dress up with heels and a blouse or wear casually with sneakers and a sweater. These pants are the absolute best-fit, style, hold their shape and look fantastic on-they even wash well, so no need for dry cleaning. I own three pair-they are my go to work pants as well as casual flip flop tshirt pant.

I wanted a pair of skinny black pants that were more substantial than leggings to wear with longer jackets and cardigans. I tried these on in store in S and they fit perfectly. The Ponte fabric looks more like a pant and doesn't show lumps and bumps. However, I wish there was a back pocket.

Great pants—wish I saw them when the navy was available! Like someone else commented, the waist band seems snug esp compared to the wide leg and bootcut—they're a good 2" smaller. But look great and would buy more if colors were available and the waistband size was addressed.
