The weight of the fabric is a medium summer weight. I normally wear a S but ordered a S Tall for length. The top is oversized, a little more than I would like and the elastic waist isn't snug. That may be because I ordered the S Tall. I really like the color so I will make adjustments on the wai...st and keep it.
It's a gorgeous dress but not right for my body :5'4, 135 lbs, pear shaped. The skirt fits perfectly, and usually I have more trouble finding things to fit my hips, but the blouse had too much material gathering at the waist and it's not flattering. I think if you have a long torso, or bigger chest ...you might not have that problem. I hoped they offered it in petite but unfortunately they do not

gap.comTerrible design, terrible material, terrible dress. I really wanted to love this dress, and I ordered it in my usual size (M) in the Tall, since I'm 5'9". At first, I thought the tag must have been mislabeled, because it was ridiculously small for a Medium. Could hardly fit it on, and the way the skirt wrapped was a mess. I also had to check that they'd sent a Tall, since the skirt was unbelievably short. (But it was a Tall.) Finally, the material felt rough, cheap and unpleasant. If this is linen, it's the most unappealing linen I've ever felt. Immediate return.

Received many compliments on this dress. It looks like a blouse and skirt but it's a wrap dress. The linen fabric is crisp and cool. It's very flattering on my curvy frame. I bought this dress in black last year and was very happy they brought it back. I bought the olive green.

i read the reviews and opted to not size down but get my usual medium. as a D cup i aporeciate the looser top comments . this was just wrong. not sure if mislabeled but it was way SMALL. vouldnt button up and skirt fidnt wrap even vlose to midline. returned

I wanted to love this dress so much. I watched and waited for it to go on sale, read every review and ordered based on review sizing. I'm usually a large/xl with a true hour glass shape - so I ordered an XL. It fit PERFECTLY…. EXCEPT the skirt doesn't wrap to the side, it lands almost perfectly in the middle which looks bizarre and as if it's missing fabric. I tried tying it all different ways, and it wasn't a fit issue (fits beautifully in every respect except where the tie ends), so I don't understand. So so sad.

The quality of this dress is fantastic BUT I ordered my regular size small and it's too tight around my hips. I'm not sure if I'm tying it wrong, but the top fits perfect yet the bottom doesn't seem to have enough material to wrap correctly. I will try it on again but otherwise it's fabulous. For reference I'm 5'3 140lbs and i know a medium will be too big on top.
