The Slim traveler Jean is the perfect new addition to my wardrobe. Its fit is slim but not tight. The leg opening is the correct width. I also recommend that you buy your correct size as it fits true to size. This Jean is great for casual as well as more formal which makes it very versatile. It...s modern silhouette is the perfect complement to your outfit. With different colors to choose from, you can add multiples to your wardrobe. A great investment piece to your closet.
As a tall, skinny person, I really like Banana Republic's jeans as a safe bet for something that will fit me ok. With that in mind, I ordered a couple of more jeans in various colors, and they both look and fit pretty well... however...I cannot for the life of me get rid of a pretty strong bleach sm...ell out of the medium wash jeans. I figured the smell would go away after a wash or two, just having some bleach left in the fabric after the "medium wash" from factory. No Such luck. Here I am, sitting in my office, smelling of bleach, which reminded me to go here and write this review.

Very comfortable jeans for travel. My husband is 38-32 and they fit true to size. The hue is quite versatile, and the texture is soft and breathable. I won't say "perfect for summer" because no jean truly is, but perfect for three and a half seasons. If you are European, and are used to jeans back home, get this pair - they are called "slim" but they fit like a normal jean from accross the Atlantic ocean.
