Based on the reviews that this runs small, I tried on in store and did feel that my usual size small seemed a bit too tight (it wasn't uncomfortable, the fit just looked "off"), so I ordered the colors I wanted in medium. However, upon receiving the mediums, I am now unsure. It does fit nicely, but ...not as fitted as I expected, and as shown on the models. I am not sure if I will keep or exchange for my usual size, but the sweater itself is lovely, and feels so nice against my skin. For reference, I am 5'6", about 120 lbs, 32D. I think as another reviewer stated, you can get your usual size for a more fitted look, or size up for a fit that just skims the body a bit more. I am not sure which look I prefer in this piece.
Purchased this sweater after having purchased two other items separately with no problem. For this purchase, I had inputted my address and other necessary information. When I got to the final checkout page, there was a link to join rewards and get free shipping so I clicked on it. I got a message t...o select a credit card so I selected y current card, the same one I used for the previous recent purchases and finalized the purchase. The day of delivery, I got the notice that it was out for delivery. For some reason, I clicked on "details" and saw that the address was my old address from over ten years ago. I have been living in a different state, had gotten married and changed my name. I was naive enough to think I would call customer service and somehow get it worked out before it was delivered. I was told I had to submit a "lost baggage" claim because that was how they dealt with it, but I had to wait 72 hour to file. When I did, the form didn't really apply to my situation and the box to type in information cuts you off after a few lines, so I couldn't explain what the problem was. Today, 2 days later, after not hearing back, I called customer service to find out why I hadn't heard. She was willing to check on it although it wasn't ready to be sent to me. She told me my claim was denied. I had no way of knowing who lives in the house or how to contact them. If I hadn't waited the required 72 hours, I could have sent an overnight letter to whoever lives there. Short version—I lost $150 since there was another item in the package. They have poor customer service. You just get a call center and no one to explain the details. I didn't know I had a reward's account while at the old house; it would have been about 15 years ago. The one click -join rewards— on the purchase page caused me to lose a good amount of money.

Love the slim fit and fabric. Slightly cropped but will look good with high waisted pants/jeans and skirts. Haven't worn it yet so not sure about the quality.

Cute sweater and.doesn't itch. It's hard to find sweaters that aren't wool or acrylic. It fits a little small but I like that it's slightly cropped.

This sweater has started pilling in 3-4 places and threads are coming out in 3 wears. It cannot be worn anymore. I haven't even washed it yet. Really disappointed with the quality.

It pills badly. The color and fabric is beautiful. I out in the washer once's and it pulled terribly. I wanted a second one but that's topped me from it.

Love this sweater, I have it in many colors. Most of them are xxs but this one I had to exchange for an xs. Sizes are a little inconsistent among the colors, but the sweater is so nice and drapes so nicely. I like the crop as it's perfect for high waisted pants and skirts. For reference I m 5.1 and 105 lbs. the xxs is fitted and the xs is a bit bigger and just a tad longer.

Pretty, soft sweater but it hasn't worn well. I've only worn it a few times, washed once (carefully). The fabric is pilling excessively, and a hole has opened up in the side seam. In spite of the softness and nice color options, I don't recommend this one.

Do not buy this unless you like snags in your clothing. Horrible customer service. This arrived with snags in the material, obviously it had been used and returned. Shame on Banana Republic. Do better please.

This sweater arrived damage with a damaged out tag on it. Really disappointed in the poor quality. Even without the damage, the neckline was stretched and weave on the knit was thin in places. I expected better quality for the price point.
