I ordered another one to keep because it is super beautiful and fashionable, feel good whenever wore it.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BANANA REPUBLIC because they will not give you a refund of replacement if you don't receive their items. As soon as I got the text alert of the delivery of the Silk Twill Skinny Scarf from the USPS tracking, I went there as soon as possible. There was NOTHING in my mail bo...x. I called the Banana Republic on 7/3/2025. They asked me to wait for 3 bussiness days to call them. Then they told me to fill out the claim for the refund, assuring I will get the refund soon. On 7/10/2025 I called the customer service to find out that my claim for the refund has been denied and no reason given over the phone. I can't believe that Banana Republic is denying the customers to get their rightfyl refunds for the missing items. Isn't it the merchant's responsibilty to ensure that the customers like me get the clothes/ items they paid for? What's going on Banana Republic? Are you that desperate to keep the small refunds and not care about consequence of losing the long time loyal customers? I was told by the Banana republic customer agent that I was not the only one complaining about not getting refund for the missing/ never delivered item. Yes I am one of those appalled and disappointed loyal customers who never received the Silk Twill Skinny Scarf period.
