I purchase a regular size 12 in black. I am 5'7", of medium build (athletic/curvy with a little pooch) and I found the fit to be perfect. They're roomy enough to be comfy all around (not tight at the waist), and long enough to drape beautifully without needing to be hemmed or (gasp!) drag the floor.

BR is so clearly discriminating against tall and petite women with offering pants sizes in those lengths to only size 12. Especially for tall women the idea that you are 6 feet tall and cannot be over size 12 to buy pants from this company is infuriating. If the material cost is a problem then charge 10 dollars more for tall sizes, but since you do not ofer over size 12 in petite either, that is probably not it. This is even more sad given the fact that BR used to ofer tall and petite sizes in all sizes but decided to cut bigger sizes a year ago. I myself reacted by severally reducing my shopping from BR. If you do not offer pants for me then all my shopping goes elsewhere. It is truly amazing that this open discrimination against tall and petite over size 12 is the BR strategy. Please others affected speak out against this in reviews, and others not affected, next time they can cut your size too, please support the sizes diversity.
