- We modeled this classic v-neck sweater after a vintage one we found in our archives. We knitted it in our chunky cotton yarn, borrowing the high v-neckline from the original and opting for an oversized silhouette to make it modern.

I bought the black in XS and it is really to my liking. I am 5'3" and it is not cropped, but just at the hip level. The material is of a high quality, soft, and delicate. I was going for a different colour, iced vanilla, but the same XS was bigger not only at the v neck but all over. Very weird!!! S...o I decided to buy the XXS, awaiting for my new order to arrive. Hoping for the best!! Quality control should be everywhere and all sweaters regardless the colour, should match the written size, meaning be the same size for every colour, not differ from colour to colour, not making the customer go back online and wait for another sweater of a smaller size, hoping that this one is equal to the recent purchase in the store. This must be a wake up call for BR and I hope someone is reading this reviews.
Lovely blue color and soft cotton. But the knit is rather loose and looks like it might snag and pill easily. I'm 5'8 and the sweater is way too short so I didn't purchase it. BR stop with the cropped tops! Maybe it's like the cropped pants? Great way for retailers to save money perhaps? Just an fy...i, tall people feel and look silly in cropped tops and cropped tops. Stop pushing this style on everyone!!! There is not even a Tall option in BR cropped sweaters. I'm done with this nonsense.

Nice quality and styling. Heavy and warm, especially for cotton. I love chunky sweaters with natural fibers, and this one fits the bill. I do wish sleeves were just a tad longer, but I do have very long arms. The only other issue with this sweater is that I think the different colors fit differently. I first ordered Small in the blue, but it was a little big, so I returned it I then ordered both blue and black in XS. The XS blue fit well, but the XS black was too small. For reference, I am 5'9", 110 lbs.

The cotton is soft and silky. Sweater has a beautiful drape and feel. It is cut to fit a bit boxy. I usually fluctuate between small and medium in sweaters. I ordered this one in small and it fits perfectly!

I saw this in the store and loved it. I purchased on line and ended up buying the black one too. Beautiful heavy cotton, cropped, high V neck. I purchased the beige in small and the black in medium as the small was sold out yet both seemed identical against each other. I am 5'4" 125 lbs. Loose comfortable, casual fit.
