Great knit polo! The fabric is lightweight and comfortable, perfect for warmer days. The fit is nice—if you're between sizes or unsure, it does run slightly on the larger side. I normally wear an XL in Banana Republic knits, but the large fits me perfectly.
I really like the look and fit but so far after washing one time (cold wash, line dry) it is very itchy on my skin despite being fairly soft for a linen cotton blend. I hope it improves with time.

gap.comI'm really disappointed in the quality of this shirt. Usually, BR fabrics seem to be high quality, nice feel … but this feels cheap. Unfortunately this price isn't. Luckily it was on sale. But, I would recommend taking a pass on this one. It seems to wrinkle easily and is subject to pilling.

gap.comEvery year, I get polos for my mom's boyfriend, as they live in a humid climate. Grabbing these and other polos from BR has been a lifesaver when on sale, since the majority of them are 100% cotton, or like this model, being a linen-cotton blend. Regular is a good fit for men with an average build and average to tall height. Doesn't overemphasise the belly area or be too tight in the arms.
