Wow! Size does matter with these gorgeous shoes I did size down to 1/2 size was great for toes and the width improved comfortably. If you like a snug fit try a full size down and no looseness in the strap, toes have no wiggle room but not crunched. I must confess that I purchased all the colors ,exc...ept the mushroom color not a fan of taupe or brown shoes until I walked into BR and spotted them from afar on the shelf and how beautiful and rich the color appears I tried them on and ordered a pair. It's not taupe with that awful green hue and not that flat brown either, it's more like a neutral warm tone that can compliment any color in your wardrobe.I am very happy now and I highly recommend these gems for work, formal, casual wear with lots of class! And comfort! So please get the correct fit and avoid the "boat shoe" look. TYSHR.
Love the look, the pointy style, the leather and kitten heels. But the fit is totally off. I found that the shoe was too long at least a full size larger and a bit too wide.Another thing I wondered why when this shoe first showed and in a matter of a week they were suddenly on sale!?? I will quickly... will go down a whole size and follow up with my comments.I'm just a little disappointed :(

gap.comI really love the look of this shoe. The heel height is perfect. The white feels on trend right now The leather crinkles but I'm fine with that look. I just purchased them and it's winter so I haven't been able to wear them out yet. **I did have to size down one full size. I'm typically an 8 (and recently bought a pair of BR kitten heel strappy sandals and was an 8.) I sized down to a 7. Can't wait to wear these.

Beautifully designed shoe with two issues. The shoe is not sized correctly. I normally wear a 7 1/2 and it was way too large. Additionally, it arrived with significant wrinkles in the leather exterior. I order shoes and boots from BR very often. I've never had to return a shoe ordered online or purchased in the store and never disappointed. This one is very disappointing! I errored because the reviews indicated there were problems with this shoe and I trusted BR and my purchasing history.

These shoes are so beautiful and so comfortable. My only regret is that the black was already sold out before I could get those as well! I followed the suggestions in the comments and ordered 1/2 size smaller and they fit beautifully!

I love the shape of these slingbacks at the toe and down the top/side of the foot. Such an old school classic shape and fits my style to a tee. I waited for the taupe to come back in stock and so very glad they did. I am a true size 10 but I could have gone down to a 9.5 as they are long (9.5 was not available). I have slightly wide feet but one cannot tell because the width of the shoe is wider than normal (which is why sizing half down will work for many). The leather is smooth and seems very durable. The heel is a great height that is perfect for these older legs. I did not have any issues with the slingback (it does not slide around on me and does not bother me). I will have these for years ❤️. BR, please, please, please bring these back in black!
