Absolutely dreadful. The item looked saggy and misshapen once placed on the bed. I contacted BR customer service, but they showed no interest in helping with a return because it was considered a "final sale." Very disappointed in both the product quality and the customer service—I won't be shopping here again.

This duvet cover is so soft and luxurious, I look forward to bedtime. The price on sale is hard to beat! I love that it's a thermoregulating fabric and stronger than linen. The zipper closure makes it easier to put on and it is thoughtfully enclosed so I don't encounter it while sleeping.
