I thought this was going to be a buffalo check-ish pattern, but was hopeful it would be more refinded because someone mentioned it was "more muted" than photos on site.. like almost everything I bought in flannels the last couple of years, the photos just form capture IRL color. First, this is way more beautiful to me and is less loud than a buffalo check and ditches the lumberjack cliche. It's a rusty shade of red with olive woven in. - a classic earth tone color palette. Fabric is heavyweight (like an IR weight) and wonderfully soft. Well made, and for me, is the quintessential premium flannel shirt. #sweepstakes

I have broad shoulders and this was a perfect fit with the shoulders and the arm length. It truly is heavyweight so could be worn as a light jacket. I like the rustic colors in the plaid.

Super cozy soft 100% cotton. I got mens small for slightly over sized fit

I love it. The colors and hand are amazing, soft but dense. Feels like a piece I will wear for many winters and can pass along to my sons. Since it is cotton, I sized up to a large tall to handle any shrinkage from washings. Plenty of room to layer under it. The retro red and black plaid has a touch of olive in it and just looks fantastic. I have several wool overshirts that beg for long sleeves underneath- itchy. But this cotton is so soft I could go without a t-shirt.

From the materials to the stitching, this is a very well made shirt. The material is quite thick so it doesn't drape very well but I have not washed it but once so that may change over time.

Great flannel! My fiancé has a ton of flannels in his wardrobe but he surprisingly didn't have a great Red Plaid. It has a great hand feel and on the heavier side so he can wear as a shirt in the winter or open as a lightweight jacket in the fall and spring. Happy with this purchase. We sized up for everything at Banana, felt like it ran slim.
