Think twice before shopping at Banana Republic! They failed to deliver my order, refused to reship, and told me to file a claim—which they then denied. Instead of owning the problem, they pushed me to deal with my bank or UPS. This wasn't a minor purchase—I'm out $152, and they've offered no real help.

The choker is a very nice piece. However, other reviewers are right....it's meant for people with small necks. I'm petite at 5'2, 120lbs with a small neck and I have to shimmy it in as it does not have a give. Keeping this one but is suggest skipping this one if you have a big neck.

Saw this in the store and loved it! It was a bit hard to get on, and even harder to get off! As noted in another review, it has no give. So for many people, it will be either too big or too little. I would say that I'm an average size.

I received this less than 2 weeks ago—it is already peeling, has a weird metal odor, and has obvious tarnishing/discoloration. At almost $200.00 retail this is unacceptable. Good design; poor material.
