I ordered both the snake print and the burgundy bag to decide between the two. While the snake print design was absolutely stunning and looked great at first glance, the leather just didn't feel real. It was too soft and thin and felt more like a thick fabric with very little structure. The print wa...s fabulous, but once you touch the bag, the quality of the leather becomes pretty obvious. It's such a shame because the snake print and the silver chain looked great together. If the leather quality had matched the visual appeal, it would've been perfect. The burgundy bag, on the other hand, was absolutely stunning! It had a beautifully structured, box-like shape that gave it a polished look. The leather was smooth with a thicker, semi-gloss finish. While I usually lean toward matte, softer leathers, the glossier texture of this bag worked perfectly, especially since I plan to use it primarily as a clutch or a chain wallet. The colour in the photos isn't entirely accurate, though. If you want a realistic idea of the shade, check out the photos of the square box bag in a similar burgundy colour on the BR website. Personally, I think burgundy is much better than black. It's such a rich, elegant colour. Both bags came with tags stating they were made in India using cow leather. That said, I did notice issues with the craftsmanship. I had to exchange my first burgundy bag because the flap was longer than it should've been, making the top of the bag look wider than the rest. I also noticed several loose threads and some uneven stitching. The hardware could use an upgrade too. It's lightweight, scratches easily, and doesn't feel as premium as it looks. Still, I bought both bags at a steep discount, so I think it was a good value for the price I paid. If you happen to get a bag without flaws, it's a beautiful piece. However, at full price, you can definitely find better quality leather, craftsmanship, and hardware at other "affordable luxury" brands.
