When researching for cummerbunds, I noticed that many one size fits all did not accommodate waists below 34 in. The size medium can accommodate that - I wear a size 30-31 in. And for the other ones that do accommodate smaller waists, the back looks like your wearing a fanny pack. This one is perfe...ct!
