Fits Big - Thick Fabric

Descriptive review because I was looking for one when I ordered!! I'm 5'7" with an athletic build and big butt/hips - a 'classic' figure, you could say! The sizing because of the elastic band is 'between sizes' as is the length for somebody my height. I ordered a Tall because of some of the comment...

Wanted to love, But These are Pull-on!

These are pull-up, like thick, tight leggings. I had expected a hidden small zipper on the side or something. So, it looks like trousers from the knees down, but they will need to fit you like a glove, like leggings from the thighs up. They are just too body-conscious for me to wear in a business se...

These are very comfortable. I would say the ankle is slightly wider than I expected. I also suggest sizing down.

The Ponte de Roma fabric as advertised is heavy and stiff. Also the seams in the back are way too prominent. Not flattering. I could understand the complaints from bigger size customers. Would not buy this if not on sale.

Two big flaws in these otherwise nice pants

I docked two stars for these design fails: NO POCKETS! The label in the waist band is literally sharp and so uncomfortable. Removing it was almost impossible. Aside from that, I actually really like the fit and the fabric of these pants. They'd probably be my winter go-tos if the didn't have the aforementioned flaws.

Legs different lengths?

I wanted to love these as they are super comfy but the length of the pant legs are drastically different! Nearly an inch an and a half. Poor QC.

I like the high rise and the material - appreciate that it came in petite version too. Miss the pockets, though.

I get compliments on how nice these look, my only complaint is that they are more wide-leg than the picture shows.

Dupe for High Sport pants

These are a very good dupe for the outrageously overpriced pants brand High Sport. I am slim (120lbs - 5'7") and straight up and down (minimal curves) and bought the xs and should probably have gone with S. They are very tight. Totally wearable but not as comfy as I wanted for plane travel and that kind of thing. Also, no pockets which is pet peeve of mine. But at this price, if you get the right size, and if you want that High Sport look without spending several hundred $, these are worth a try.

Bought this in the tall length, and it is PERFECT for me at 5'9".

Not flattering for curvier figures.

The pants seem to be good quality and well-made. The fit is straight through the hip and thigh. Not for curvy figures even though the fabric has stretch. Overall the style didn't work for me. I am curvy petite 5'3" and 120 lbs. The pants hugged my hips and thighs too much and then too wide in the legs.

I decided to keep these pants because I like the color (maroon/burgundy), and these will be great for travel in cold weather (that's why I got them). I don't expect they wrinkle, and they are comfortable. Also, I have the ponte jacket and it does look good if you happen to need to look well put. Dislike: the seam on the back of the pants that everybody is talking about. Yes, it is ugly, and unless you have a beautiful back side, it will call for the bad kind of attention. Just, wear a long top—that's what I'll do. Neither like nor dislike: As I read the reviews, I decided to order a size up and I'm glad I did, BUT then the leg width is kinda wide, which is not a problem these days when wide leg pants are in. I got the regular length and it is perfect (I'm 5'4") Get them with these caveats if they are on sale. I wouldn't pay full price. #sweepstakes
