These are a great pair of selvedge denim jeans, especially for the discounted price. The description says this runs large and recommends sizing down, DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS. It is very tight on the hips/waist, take your normal size. They are also very long, I had to get them hemmed. Because the price... was discounted significantly I didn't mind doing this. Quality is great and I feel these will last a while.
I've been wearing primarily BR jeans for a very long time. I currently have 9 pairs, and have had many more over the years. ALL of them have been the same size: 36/34. I ordered these in a 36/34, and they simply didn't fit. They look cool, but the waist was uncomfortably tight. In all my other j...eans, I'm used to a relatively loose fit with that 36" waist. So I sent them back and ordered a larger size. The 38/34 arrived today, and they're going back too. The legs are WAY too baggy now, and somehow the waist is still tighter than all the 36" waisted jeans I have from BR. They are simply poorly cut jeans (and 2 of my 9 pairs are also straight fit that I wear all the time and are amongst the best jeans I have ever owned).

gap.comI was looking for a pair of selvedge jeans that weren't skinny or tight and came upon these. I did not have any issues with the top box area as others are stating. The legs are nice and loose and the jeans give a trendy relaxed vibe. I wish they came in shorter lengths as I'll have to get them hemmed but otherwise they are a good buy.

I usually order slim jeans to complement my build but decided to try these straight leg selvedge jeans because I liked the ecru color. Other reviewers have noted that they do not fit large but that you should order your normal waist size. However, the moderately wide legs in these jeans do not complement my build so I had to return them. Would prefer a zipper to the button up styling. BR please offer the ecru color in other styles! #sweepstakes
