I'm 5"9, size 10, medium in dresses, 36D, 30 waist, 41 hips and got this in 10. It's slightly tighter than expected in bust but it's not uncomfortable and doesn't squeeze with a regular bra. It's loose in waist and bottom like the pictures. The purple is like a faded denim and heavy fabric so it may be too warm on 115 degree days in Las Vegas. Otherwise a cute look that is good for Fall and Winter.

I'm 5'9, 36D, 30 waist, 42 hips, size 10 dresses and got this in size 10. It's a washed denim feel purple fabric. Very full at bottom and it's loose in waist and hips, but fitted in chest. If my cups or back were any larger, it wouldn't zip. I didn't care for how loose it is at waist hips, I will wear it with a black wide belt. Other than that I really like the fabric and fullness of the skirt.
