Beautiful navy cotton sweater, cropped perfect for high waisted pant. Comfortable and warm. TTS Medium, I have broad shoulders and still have room in it. Heavy weighted. Got on sale. Make more cotton sweaters BR.

I'm 5'2 about 120lb. I got a M because most reviews were making it seem like it was super oversized, it's really not - You can definitely get away with size 1-2 up, but that's all about your preferred fit. I exchanged for a L - It looked way better on me compared to the M, and hit the mark for the kind of fit I was going for. The only thing I don't think is super flattering is the cuffs on the sleeves! They're pretty long and only look good when folded.

I had the same issue as another reviewer, it was basically cropped on me. When I raised my arms, midsection was showing. I have a long torso, so maybe it is just not cut for me. But I also returned the last sweater I bought from BR immediately, it's like the measurements are out of proportion. I liked the chunky cotton knit, it is a good weight for transitioning to spring. After seeing it in person though, it seems overpriced for what it is.

I am in between a M & S and I'm glad I sized down to the small... very loose fitting, especially in the armpit area- almost too much material- will definitely not fit under a coat. The knitting is somewhat chunky, but very well-made and as stated in headline, heavy to wear. The lower band hits just below belly button level for me so that if I lift up my arms, tummy will show. All-in-all though, happy satisfied with the purchase, but not so much that I'll order another. Hoping this will really grow on me.

Soft and comfortable, over sized

I sincerely wanted to love this, but the first time I wore it, multiple parts of the sweater started to pill and lose threading. It's such a beautiful weave and lay - very elevated - but I don't think Banana Republic did a good job at quality control on this item, unfortunately.

Size up for the look on the models. Disappointed that it was not soft and is stiff.
