THis is just a lot of dress. It's heavier than I anticipated, skirt is lined, so too heavy for Texas summers. I am tall and I felt like the dress was wearing me. The waist fit nicely and I liked the slightly dropped waist at the back but I couldn't stop looking at the one bit of my white belly show...ing in the cut out in front and i just don't think it's gonna work for me. Also it's hard to zip in back with all the folds of fabric at the gathers. There's just too much fabric and heavy stuff happening, has to go back.
The chest is very tight, I'm a 34D and usually a standard Medium but the upper part of this dress fit me like a small. The zipper would not go up but that could also be a defect since I had trouble unzipping it before I tried it on. It was a struggle pulling it around where the material changed. The... skirt on the medium on the other hand was pretty loose and its also a lot of material around the waist giving a pretty old-school poofy look. It's a lovely design but just didn't work out.

Don't consider throwing this one in your suitcase for air travel- it weighs a ton! Sexy on model, but super matronly with all that extra fabric.

I now understand what the other reviews mean by SO MUCH FABRIC. I actually don't mind on the skirt part, it's thick but also airy and flowy; perfect for a fall or spring day. However I don't understand what is going on with the top at all. It's like what I ordered was doubled up on with fabric and there is way too much? It's too big and just not flattering.

This dress is full and flattering on, the only thing is if you tend to have a thick waist-get the next size up. I typically wear a large-but had to size up to XL. I liked it so much I purchased in 2 colors!

The dress is beautiful, and it fits super akward. Lots of material in the skirt area, which made me look like a balloon ready to fly. Couldn't do a smaller size because wouldn't fit in the upper area of my body.

I was skeptical about this but as soon as Inout in in, it fit as a glove. Usually, I wear a size large or X-Large but the medium was perfect. The bust size was comfortable considering I'm as 38DD.
