Heavy pilling after a single wear! Looks like I've owned it for years and threw in the washing machine even though I've only washed it by hand after purchasing.
This is perfect for layering and has quickly become my go-to look. I have not experienced the excessive pilling that others have reported, but I also have not yet washed it. I wear it with at least 1 layer underneath so that my armpits and most of my skin is never exposed to the sweater. It is a slimmer fit, so I am concerned about shrinking and pilling from washing, so I may do a spot cleaning as needed to avoid this. XS - 5'2" 105 lbs (for reference: 34" bust, 25" waist, 35" hips)
This sweater caught my eye as a nice colorful pick me up for winter.
Purchased this in late November, and wore it for the first time during Christmas in December. Noticed pilling immediately after the first wear, which only continued to get worse after subsequent wears. Haven't worn it much, and haven't washed it at all. I've taken a sweater shaver to it, we'll see if that helps. I almost purchased a couple of these sweaters and I'm glad I didn't - I have sweaters that are much older with far less pilling. Other than the pilling, nice sweater. Runs a little small, so size up if you purchase.
Very disappointed. Loved it then after hand washing it my 12 year old could fit into it.
