I wanted to make this sweater work so bad. I hand-washed it and based on the reviews I was expecting it to shrink and it shrunk a size, still wearable. However, handwashing was so difficult, the fabric is so thick, my neck and my back was hurting, not sure I want to do it again so be mindful of what to expect. I recommend dry cleaning so order a bigger size to avoid size issues. The neck however, it's stretched out and looks weird. Not sure what to do about it.

I purchased that around $220 and for being a marina blend I did not expect it to pile and lose it shape with one wash (hand wash!!) I either dry cleaner or hand wash all my sweaters to keep them interesting condition and this piece is unwearable now ): was probably my favorite sweater when I bought it and loved it until I washed it!
