I ordered both the light wash and the washed black in 27 petite. I'm typically a 26, but after reading the review, jumped to a 27. The waist fit perfect. I loved the washed black! They were so soft. However, the crotch was 2" too long!!! When I sat down in these, it looked like I was packing!!...

Great quality, however, very little stretch. Sits right on my waist, a bit above belly botton. I have athletic build 120lbs, 5'4, 25" waist and 35" hips, I got size 25, which was a bit snug to get on over my hips but once on, all good. They are a tad too long (got regular, not petites), but petites would be too short, so I might hem them a bit. The waist does slightly gap when I sit down, but not terribly. I will say, these are more flare than a bootcut jean. Nice jeans but nothing extraordinary

I have been shopping BR on a fairly regular basis the past couple years but never tried the jeans. I always do other popular jeans brands. These are hands down the best jeans. I just stumbled across them in the store on sale and wouldn't have tried them on otherwise. I'm officially a convert. No stretch. But that's the current trend for jeans, more like classic 90s style. Everything about them is on point now n my opinion.

I love these jeans! They actually sit at my real waist above my belly button and are so comfortable! It took a couple days of wearing them for them to break in, at first they were a little tight. But now they're perfect!
