This dress is gorgeous. It runs true to size but it is very long esp if you're petite. I'm 5'2" and I'll have to get it hemmed. It's a column silhouette with a nice waist but because of the linen it's not super form fitting which I love because it disguises my C section pooch perfectly. The olive gr...een is a stunning color. It also has pockets! Not just front but also two flat back pockets like you'd see on pants! Amazing. The scoop neck is perfect and not too low or too high up. I'm a usual size L and this L fits well too. Armholes are also a generous size without being too big in case you're top heavy. All in all, this is a 10/10 dress and I highly recommend it!
Banana Republic is asking me to leave a review. So here it is. Ordered June 23rd. Banana Republic didn't even bother to ship until July 1. This was after I called customer service and they insisted the package was with my local post office. Not true. I live in Pennsylvania. The package was in Calif...ornia. It's supposed to arrive July 7th. Hopefully they don't leave the sensor on like they did on my last order. Service has really gone downhill.

I'm kicking myself for not seeing it earlier but there a snag in the fabric from the machine on the skirt. Otherwise I love this dress! Effortless and well shaped. The shoulders feel a bit large but the waist is perfect. I ended up keeping the medium over the large because of the shoulders.

Love this dress. Easy to put on, dress up or down. Lovely high quality linen. I am 5'4 118 and XS petite was perfect. Would love to see this in a short sleeve or sleeveless version.

This dress one of my favorite,, it's perfect to lounge and can be dressed up for an outdoor evening. Fabric is nice and heavy that supports the shape. I wish BR can make more colours. I am 5.2 in height @ 155 lbs, I bought Large Petite.

Quite roomy in the bust/shoulder area but I'm hippy and for me the dress was too snug around the butt/hips so will return. Also quite long, which I like; I'm 5'5 so something to consider if you're on the shorter size.

This dress is stunning, I'm short and curvy and it does a beautiful job of skimming curves. Really considering buying a second one so that I have a backup! Oh, to be fair the shoulders go really wide on me but it's linen I figure after a few washes it'll relax and stop clipping out, so heads up if your petite.

I bought this in black last year in XXS as my usual size is a 2. Fit perfectly except for the length! But after hemming it, the dress is fabulous. I gave this lighter dress a 3 rating because the color is much darker than depicted and more like a light kaki. On the website it appears much lighter like a creamy beige. Just doesnt work for me as a blonde Note that you most likely will have to shorten the dress. I shortened my black dress exactly as it was made and it looks great…..no longer grazing the floor. Unfortunately designers tend to design clothes for taller women around 5'8"…. Not at all for the average woman who is much shorter. Would be great if BR offered two lengths!
