If your waist is not much smaller than your hips, size up. I'm a 10 and tried on a 12 and the waist was super tight w no give. I'm sizing up to a 14, haven't been able to try them, waiting for them to arrive.

Bulging midline

The shorts are great material however, the material bunches up at the midline which makes your lower abdomen area look bigger than it is. The line is good quality and decent length.

Second year buying these. Dress up or down these are a 3 season staple in SWFL. I starch mine with light hold and they don't wrinkle too much in car or sitting for a period of time.
