Never received my order

Never received my order. It has been listed as out for delivery for 7 days now. Tried filing a claim, but the Banana Republic system will not allow because it is in transit. It is not in transit, it is lost.

A bit rather short

This is an excellent sweater! I'm 6 ft tall and usually go with MT at BR, but that size was oddly short in this sweater. I then ordered LT, which unfortunately turned out to be a bit too long and somewhat baggy. I really wish my usual size had worked because the sweater looks and feels great! If length won't be an issue for you, I definitely recommend getting one (or a few) of these.
